A short skin contact has enhanced the mouth feel and results in a beautiful hint of rose color.  This seems to be our signature.  Enjoy it with the sunshine lighting up that color! Full and smooth on the palate with loads of fruit flavours that continue through a long, tangy citrus finish.  this can go well throughout the dinner and lingers on your palate.  It goes well with so many foods, such as spicy prawns, sushi and fried chicken.
